Jack is doing great and is a terrific family dog! Nice pick!  We will start Hunting 101 training here in about a month. The whole family loves him.

Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how Brody our Chocolate is doing. He is now almost 9 months old and weighs about 65 lbs.  He is a very energetic and loveable dog.  He is also very sociable and wants to be right there around us whenever he can. He has been a great addition to the family.

Tikka is my 5 month old chocolate female I got from Michael in July of 2009. She was house trained within the first week and has been extremely easy to train. She goes to work with my everyday and anywhere else I go. Every weekend we have been going duck and geese hunting which she absolutely lives for. If she sees the shot gun she is waiting at the truck before I can get through the front door.  We go antler hunting and have been working on upland bird training but need a few more places to go locally.  Her temperament couldn’t be better; she has never seen any person or dog she hasn’t liked. She even likes any cat that will hang around long enough to be licked. She has checked out from the vet as in perfect health just as Michael promised.

Mocha is what we named our puppy and she is so sweet and smart. We have only had her 3 days and have already seen her retrieve and point. She is already responding to her name and has on more than one occasion gone to the back door and asked politely to be let outside to potty. We love her so much already!

She is crazy, we just love her to death.  She is a big girl.  She just loves us and any other people that come around.  We have had her around quail and she goes crazy for them.  My daughter got an Australian Shepherd from a friend that is 4 months old now and she and Charlie play and play and play with endless energy.  We haven't papered her yet because we wanted to have her awhile to see how she acted to give her her full name and I think we have decided on Hershey's Hurricane Charlie, because she is a hurricane!

I just wanted to send you a quick note on Hershey.
She's turning out to be a beautiful dog.
She's smart (already sits and stays) and is incredibly well behaved.
The kids really love her.

Well thought I should give you an update on Gunner.  He is wonderful now.  I have him heeling without leash, sitting without leash, coming to whistle without leash, retrieving, hand signals, and hunting up hidden dummies.

Zeus is doing great! Heath has been working really hard with him and he is coming along great. I think he's planning on taking him to some Jr. hunt tests sometime soon. He's a really smart puppy and tries to please (most of the time:)).
